Ordering:
- Submit the order form and enter any of your special requests. After
you submit the order form, a window will pop up, prompting you
to select to upload the images right away or to wait until a later
time.
- Choose to upload your images with a simple description of what
you would like for us to have done
- Send us an E-mail to communicate what you would like to have
done and attach the images to the E-mail.
We will contact you to confirm the order and to ensure that we are
capable of meeting all of your requests. If you haven't done so yet, please
upload the image files then.
If you would like to order "Other Products" or you are interested in one of
our "Special Projects", E-mail us directly with your inquiries or contact us
by submitting a contact form.

Turn Around Time
1. Photo Retouch: 2 business days
2. Albums Page Layout: 3 business days
3. Album Binding: 2 business days
4. Paintings: 2 business days for initial proof; Shipped out in 1 business
day after your approval for "Digital Painting", 7 business days after your
approval for "Hand-Painted" oil paintings (drying time)
5. Shipping normally take 5 days on average.

Frame and Shipping
- We are happy to provide a 1.5" gallery wrap with each of our
paintings, but we prefer not to frame the painting due to the high
probability of damage during international shipping, redoing might
cause missing your events. However, if you really need us to frame
the painting for you, we could do so.
- For the special projects with group order, we have no problems to
provide the frame service, since we could pack all framed painting in
wooden box.
- Shipping normally takes 5 business days upon the confirmation of
the payment.
- We accept paypal and checks, you could select to pay by any credit
cards or from your bank accounts through paypal.
